RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We at OH BOY! are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in its original packaging and packaging, for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Simply email us at customercare@ohboybabyboutique.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the email, please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding our policies, feel free to contact us at customercare@ohboybabyboutique.com.
Please note that personalized items and CDs/DVDs cannot be returned.
